I've had the SM-R170 Galaxy Buds for a long time now, they've been great to use and I've not felt like I've really needed an upgrade. A couple of days ago I've managed to lose the charging case, which in turn makes the buds redundant as they can't be charged. I know Samsung has a website where you can order spares for appliances but I couldn't find any counterparts for wearables. Does anyone know how I might be able to get genuine replacements from Samsung, if they even still do them that is.

If you have a Samsung Experience Store near you, then you may be able to stop by and discuss your options regarding purchasing a replacement charging case for your Buds.
