Linking my Galaxy 5 Pro to a non Samsung phone

I have just purchased a Samsung galaxy 5 Pro to use with my non Samsung phone.

Unfortunately I haven't got any further than the 3 options after the welcome screen and also downloading the Samsung Internet app 

Could someone please help.

Download the wearable app for your phone. I am guessing the non Samsung phone is still an android?

Not sure if it works with other makes some don't I use mine with my Samsung s22 ultra
