Hi sorry I don't have the answer but having the same issue. I ordered active 2 44mm and to my surprise strap is too big for me, I think Samsung did not aim this watch to be unisex. I have been looking on their website for different lengths and nowhere it mentions the wrist size.
I have seen plenty of websites offering straps at much lower price than Samsung but no mention of size.
Help please!!
