Left earbud discharging considerably faster than right one. Place both into case and leave to charge, after a while case led inside showing green, right one 100% charged but left one says disconnected when I view the status on my phone.
I have to remove right bud from case and then move bud around in case and eventually led changes to red and left bud eventually Charger and then the whole process repeats itself.
Really frustrating, I have reset and ensured software is updated but still the same.
Can anyone help?
