Left earbud gone very quiet

Hi all. Today my left earbud suddenly went quiet and whatever I do, the volume remains hardly audible. The right bud is fine, and I swapped ears to make sure it wasn't my hearing that had gone! I have reset them and they are running latest software. 

Any ideas please?

I returned mi e over a week ago because the left bud wouldn't charge,they told me I would have them returned within seven days been ten days now,told me today ill have them back in the next three days!
