Hi
I was using both ear buds this morning. Battery was completely drained so I put them back in the case to charge. Now I can see that they are both charging but only the right ear bud connects. The left one doesn't connect.
I have attached images showing the wearbles app. A picture of both ear buds charging and a picture of the left ear bud charging.

No I've done the above and nothing changed. I've got an appointment with Samsung tomorrow. I'll see what they say.

Went to the Samsung store and they advised they will either fix them or replace them with new ones. Got to say one of the best customer service I received.
No receipt or proof of purchase required. They said the only time they won't fix or replace is if its water damaged or if they are dropped.

I too face the same issue and tried all options but nothing worked. As I brought the product in US and currently I am in India Samsung is not covering the warranty

Hi. Hi I took it back to the Samsung store. And they completely replaced it.
I would suggest calling Samsung and raising a complaint as it is not something you did. This is an issue with device so basically it was purchased with a fault. I would take this through the complaint department not the store.

Place the disconnected bud in the charging case and leave it open for about an hour it worked for me.

Did you disconnect the other bud from your phone or left it connected, and where was your other bud in the case as well or outside the case
