My left ear bud will nlt connect to my phone. I have turned on and off my Bluetooth, reset them, let it charge in the case for HOURS, restarted my phone (s9), cleaned the ear bud and case, and uninstalled and installed the galaxy wearable app. At the moment and until they are fixed I am incredibly angry. I bought these not even a year ago and they stopped working on me.
