Left ear bud not charging

As title says my right hand bud charges to 100 percent but the left hand one doesnt despite the charge light clearly registering contact.

I have the same problem after 2-3 months of use. My charge light for the left earbud doesn't even flash though.

My dad's right bud's not charging. Same problem. Green light turns on when I put the left one into the case, and when I put the right one in turns red.

Got the same issue with the right earbud. I've seen a post in the US community that some Admin users (probably from samsung), are asking everyone for their SN and cradle code on their bud case. I believe there is a flaw in certain models. Let's hope we'll our issue resolved soon.
