It is a shame, watch5pro 2 week delay.

I have no words to describe my disappointment, I pre order my watch5pro as soon it was available at Samsung.co.uk, I even paid extra to get my watch before 10:30h the 26th of August.
The 25th I received a mail from Samsung telling me that my delivery have been delayed 2 WEEKS....and they are sorry for that....
2 weeks delay, and sorry......great service guys!!!. 
I feel cheated for Samsung...for this you wanted the pre order?
It is a shame.

Yes same issue and others also, the Samsung Customer Service just gets worse.

I ordered on the 14th, set date for the 26th, but actually received it on the 19th, a week early.

Received nothing from Samsung telling me of a delay, but also got nothing from DPD about delivery.

That's a real shame. I guess I was lucky. Pre ordered and received mine on the 19th Aug even though I was not expecting it until the 26th.

Really stupid from Samsung passing of customers with an Apple event due soon, this is how you loose customers, I.e. I'll take my money elsewhere.

I also preordered the Fold 4 with the watch5pro which hasn't arrived. No email with delay, nothing with DPD just the original order confirmation. Can't even check the status of my order as of this morning but it was stuck on 'processing' last night.

 

Tried speaking to the customer service yesterday and they were less than useless. Clearly Samsung have too much money as otherwise they wouldn't treat paying customers like this.
