Issues with getting a European/Non-UK Watch Active2?

Hi there,

 

I'm interested in getting the Cloud Silver colour for the Watch Active2. However, it's not available in the UK. I'm wondering what will the difference be if I get a European/Non-UK version?

Hey @ConnorM! If you order a European version of the watch, you will still enjoy the 24-month warranty and repair service. The only thing that can change is when you will receive specific software updates for the watch that can vary from one country to another. This is different for devices purchased outisde of the EU as they will not be covered under any warranty in the UK and EU due to the manufacturer parts being different.

Just to double check, I've been reading that Samsung Pay may not work on the device too. Can you confirm if this may be the case?

You are welcome! Samsung Pay can only work in the same region the device was purchased in. For example, if the watch with Samsung Pay was purchased in UK, it would only work in the UK and not anywhere else, included any other EU country.
