Issues with Gear Fit 2

My Gear Fit 2 stopped working around June. After signing into the Samsung Community Forum, I was sent messages by Samsung that my device was under warranty to the end of August 2018.

 

After sending the required details, I have now been informed that the forum only handled complaints in the US. 

 

I'm in the right forum now. Can someone please help with my issue before the warranty expires. The device was bought through Virgin Media.

Have you been through any troubleshooting with your Gear Fit2? Does it turn on?
