Issues connecting buds+

Hi can anyone help me I'm trying to pair my buds+ with zflip3 handset but they just won't connect, they don't appear when I scan them on wearable app or Bluetooth, I got them free with the galaxy s20 couple yrs ago but they've never been used

Hi I managed to get them to connect but only the left bud is working I can't get the right bud to connect properly
