Issue copying update

My phone is connected to it. It say there is an error occurred with copying the update. Like to update my device to the latest version. But it doesn't work. Can someone help me please

@colbygaming: Please can you confirm the model name/number of the device you're attempting to update? Are you updating via the Watch itself, or are you using the Galaxy Wearable app on a connected mobile phone?
