Is the recent Galaxy Watch battery drain down to WiFi?

I've been trying a few things since I've started to get the WiFi battery drain like many others.

I've found turning off WiFi (was set to auto previously without issues) and this seems to stop the drain.

Has anyone else tried this and found the same?

Could this be the cause, and something in the Samsung health app (location?) is keeping WiFi active?

I believed I had solved the issue by disabling WiFi (was on auto) as I was again managing 4 days between charges and had managed 4 cycles without issues.

But the wearable android update last night caused 50% to 10% drain overnight, and said it couldn't see the watch despite being connected to my S9 by Bluetooth.

My galaxy watch has recently took a significant dip in battery life from the 14th of September. I have changed no settings on the watch but today it went from fully charged to 0% in 5 hours. Samsung, is there any reason for this?... I purchased the watch in October 2019
