In 2019 I got a Gear Active 2 for Christmas and its by far a great watch, however I have waited an entire year for the promised ECG/Fall-detection update, and it arrived as OTA update in late October here in Scandinavia. However one thing puzzels me, the ECG feature is missing and update contained the fall-detection update and some small menu changes.
I tried to reset the watch several times afterwards, but feature isn't there. I even wrote to Samsung Denmark on Facebook, and they couldn't give me an answer.
Have Samsung disabled the promised ECG feature for the Active 2 for Scandinavian countries? Any who can confirm or deny this?
