IRight Ear Bud Plus Is Malfuntioning

I have the Galaxy Buds + for about a year now and it has been like 2 weeks since the right earbud is malfunctioning, when I turn on Ambient Noice, only one microphone works in the right earbud which is annoying, the right earbud sounds less loud than the left earbud which works just fine, tell me how can I get some help and fix this problem. I am a big fan of Samsung and love Samsung products but I want to enjoy the Samsung Ecosystem the way it should be.

Hey there TGRGoldenRock!

First, make sure your buds are clean. I also own a set of Galaxy Buds+, and they can be a bit iffy when they're messy as they use proximity sensors to work out if they're in your ear.

If cleaning your buds doesn't solve the problem, your next step is to try resetting them in the Galaxy Wearable app. And if that fails, then you'll need to contact Customer Services to get a repair/replacement on your buds.

I think the right ear bud low volume is a common problem, mine have been the same from the 2nd or 3rd software update

Your best bet's to use a cotton bud and some water on the outside of the bud, especially the shiny black dot 😉
