Smashed the screen on my Apple Watch last week and, following some research, replaced it with a Galaxy Watch 42mm.
All the articles/reviews I read plus the salesperson said there was iOS/iPhone integration. So maybe it's user error on my part.
Current issues are: can't use the watch to pay (NFC) and no period tracker in the iOS app. Help!
