I have a Galaxy Active watch for running. The GPS or steps or something isn't accurate, sometimes off by a mile. I have other apps that are very accurate so it isn't an issue of bad service/remote area. How can I fix this?
I would like to have a look at this with you. Are you able to tell me with watch version (LTE or Bluetooth) are you using? Do you have this connected to a phone and if the watch and phone software and the Samsung Health and Samsung Wearable apps are up to date?
