impossible to claim Samsung Preorder benefits.

I've ordered a new Tab S7 +5G and a Watch 3 off the Samsung UK website. Both item are supposed to have free claimable gifts with them, a duo charger and bookcover. I've looked in my account and on Samsung  members benefits can anyone tell me how to claim these please.

for my note 20 ultra i went to benefits section of samsung members app. it asked what I pre ordered in the claim form
