Imbalance in Buds+ between rIght and left channel

Hello! I've got a problem with my Buds+.

I've bought them yesterday and after connection with my Note9 I heard the imbalance between rIght and left channel.

Right headphone sounds louder than left.

Sometimes  the imbalance disappear, but later it comes again.

Hard reset of my headphones didn't help. 

Removing from the bluetooth device list didn't help either.

I wanna know, is it software problem or not? And what to do in such situation? Wait for bug fix update?

Firmware version of my Buds+ now is R175XYU0ATF2.

You should take them back and get them replaced

This is final step if developer won't fix the problem. Because it looks more like a software bug.

I have had my Note 10 plus upgraded recently with Note 20 ultra and the keyboard is divided into two parts in landscape mode .Help!
