I upgraded to a Samsung s20 and didn't know i had to claim on here for watch??

I had an upgrade with EE. I just assumed they would post out watch also that came free with the s20 as it was part of my sonx Xmas box and I've only just found out I had to claim it on here and may be to late now.is there anything that can be done ?

Take it up with Samsung but I wouldn't hold my breath.
