I need the Samsung Watch to have various podcast apps on it.

Are there podcast player apps that I can use on my S10 that would also work on a Samsung watch (waiting to buy until I get confirmation) and Android Auto? I want them to sync and be up to date so I can switch between devices without losing my place.
