When did you make your claim? I made mine on the 29th and got approved this morning. So normally takes up to five working days

@Mawra: If you have received confirmation that your claim has been successful then please be aware that it can take up to 45 days from the confirmation date for the Buds to be delivered to you. It is usually much quicker than this, though.
