I have paid for a watch face but it will not download.

Anyone know how I ho about sorting this out? It doesn't seem like my watch is working properly as it connects for some things but not others. I bought an S21 ultra as I thought my watch would work better if connected to a Samsung phone. Wish I hadn't bothered 😕 I've spent a lot of money and all I get is problems!

Which watch do you have?
I only ask because the new watch 4 now runs on Wear OS, so you need to make sure that the face you bought is a Wear OS face and not a Tizen face which works with the OG Galaxy watch.
