i have not received my galaxy watch promotion confirmation

So I put in for the galaxy watch 7 days ago now and it is still saying the same thing as it said the day I requested the confirmation, I understand it takes up to 45 days to send it but it said 7 days to confirm it, has anyone else had any problems?

They can be a little slow at times but usually only a day or two extra to process the promotion claims, did you check your junk email to see if you missed any emails from them?

I gave them a ring earlier on, took them 30 seconds to sort the claim out, now to wait for the email saying it has been dispatched.

If it dispatches from the Samsung online store it usually takes 48 hours in my experience
