Got this tip off a YouTube video and it does work to get a bit extra volume from your buds or buds+ . Go to developer options and turn on Bluetooth Absolute volume , put buds in your ear and connect , turn volume on your PHONE to minimum using phone volume keys . With buds in your ear touch and hold the touch pad until the BUDS volume is at maximum ( continued beeping ) then use volume keys on your PHONE to increase volume to desired level ! That gives you a bit extra volume .
