How to improve battery life on Waych4 Classic 42mm

The battery life absolutely sucks it barely even lasts a day even with power saving enabled. Is there a way to improve the battery life??

I have juae traded my watch in, it used to last over 24 hours. It was annoying that I pretty much had to charge it once a day and I had everything on except some of the continuous monitoring

But it would last more than a day, I would get day and half

There's a few things...firstly there might be damage internally with battery.
Adjust screen brightness to blue filter if not available try to on daylight saving.
Disable background apps and close tabs.
Lastly of a night put the phone on bedtime mode, you can still use the phone it sets the whole device to greyscale as the richness from colour hues and saturation in photos and running apps absolutely chews through phone batteries.
