Make sure your watch software is up to date. Download the Samsung health monitor app from the galaxy store. You may need to add the ECG widget from your phone from the galaxy wearable app. You can add the widget using your watch also. Follow the instructions. I do believe you do need a Samsung device for the ECG to work.
