HI I got my email and clicked on claim now its asking for a redemption code, spoke to samsung and they have sent the email again to me but still doing the same thing, now its been escalated. the lady mentioned that the code is in bold on the email but i couldnt find it. was yours in bold or did you just click the link? thanks in advance

@Wendy80: The terms and conditions state, "Participants will be sent an approval email containing instructions and method for redemption of their Reward within thirty (30) days of Claim Validation, following which a separate code shall be sent to activate the redemption."
Have you tried checking your email inbox to see if the redemption code has arrived separately. For clarity, does clicking on 'Claim your reward' produce the redemption code request?
