How to claim free dual charger

I pre orderd my Watch 3 on the 8th August which I've now received however I have not been sent any instructions in how to claim my free charger any ideas

I tried the link and put all the information in they are asking for. it says that I've already claimed it. when are they due to be delivered or has mine been claimed by someone else.
