How do I claim free active watch after purchase of S20?

Hi, can anyone help me as to how I claim the free active watch after purchase of a S20 from Sky on contract.

Tried members app but it wants me to buy one !!!!

Tried this myself with sky. How do you find the invoice/ order number

The receipt/invoice/order number can usually be found at the top of your purchase invoice or receipt. If your purchase was made online it may be in the subject of the email.

Thats what I mean. Nothing on the emails.

Only number I could find is the sky account number

Have you tried to reach Sky to confirm this? Do you have an account with them so you can try to log in to this and check your order number @JohnMcKinney ?
