Can anyone help just got my S20 ultra delivered. Trying to claim my free ear buds. And there is not on the in benefits, anywhere else I can claim them. Or does anyone have the link to the page.

I'm having the same issue, the offers shown all relate to other products, no banner or link to the free Ear Buds Live when purchasing the Note 20 Ultra offer. I've put a support request in and will call them when they're next open

hi guys, you need to sign into the Samsung members app that is pre installed on your phone, there is a banner ad asking if you are claiming. then just follow the info 😁
