Hi my left bud Pro isn't charging

Hi can anyone please enlighten me as to a fix for my left ear bud pro not charging from the case?

@Ara1961: Please can you take a look at the troubleshooting steps below from our friends at Samsung US to see if you're able to resolve the issue? If not, please try charging the case for 15-30 minutes, then place the left Bud in the case by itself. What colour is the LED light on the inside of the case when you attempt this step?
