Hi. I've sold my Galaxy watch and the new owner can't access it due to the reactivation lock being on. I thought I'd erased everything but without giving the new owner my account details is there any other way he can disable it. My only thinking is that he sends it back to me so i can disable it but this is a big hassle. Any ideas/ answers most appreciated.
Thanks. I've done that already and Samsung say the only way of unlocking the reactivation lock is to do it when the watch is paired to the app. Looks like I'm going to have to get the guy to send it back. Shame as it's an inconvenience for him. Thanks for your response.
