Hello All

I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy watch 5 On April 4th 2023. Where it was part of a promotion coming with a free wireless charger. I Recieved the watch on the 8th , but no wireless charger...It has proven really Painful having made 7 phone calls to various departments within customer services and promotions  with Again no answer just passed from pillar to post. 

Has anyone experienced similar and any tips to get sorted !!!!

What do the terms and conditions of the promotion say?
Did you get it through Samsung or a network provider?

Sometimes you have a set period of time to wait.
Depending on the promotion, it could be a couple of weeks to 30 days
I had a quick look online and don't see the promotion

Mabye you have to claim it before it comes because that is how most samsungs promotions work cuz I had to fill in a form to get my free gift
