Hearth rate every 10 mins

Hi everyone,

I got a Samsung Galaxy Watch5 Pro 2 weeks ago.

For the hearth rate measurement, I selected every 10 min while still, and it was working correctly (I could see my HR value during the day). But since 24-Mar, it is not doing any measure anymore during the day (only during workout and sleep). So I see my HR value during the night, and it is empty during the day.

Do you have any idea why  and how to solve it?

Thank you :smiling-face:

Have you rebooted the watch lately?
Sometimes just a reboot can fix.
Hold both buttons in together, until the watch turns off it's self.
You can also try wiping the cache.

@yoanpg  A reboot and wiping the cache partition as @Fiona26  suggested can provide a fix.  Check also if there are any updates.   Hopefully it is sorted.

in general terms readings are more  accurate in  a seated position. For some other advice on the best monitoring see this article (US one but relevant)  https://www.samsung.com/us/support/Monitoring Heart Rate

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Thank you @Fiona26 and @JAMES4578 for your help

Indeed, simply rebooting the watch solved the issue. I should have try that before posting 😅

For my knowledge, wiping the cache is not removing any personal data right?
