Does anyone have problem with heart rate measurement, please? My Galaxy watch 4 stops measuring my heart rate after few minutes of working out and than it does not work at all. I am very disappointed. I have tried to whip my wrist, switch wrists and nothing seems to works. Thanks a lot.

I had an Active2 and now a watch 4. On the rate occasions I have had an issue with heart rate is when my strap was a little loose or the back sensor was dirty. If that's not the case with your it's must be faulty.

Mine doesn't measure it continuously + the stress as well too

I had this problem yesterday and today. It turns out I was wearing my watch a bit too tight.
It took a couple adjustments but for now it's sorted.

Same for me. Worked ok with my watch 3. According to customer service there are no reports of any issues. Pah.
