Please read the app for more information. This is normal if it only happens when ur a sleep. If it doesn't happen when ur a wake it's normal but if ur worried Please speak to ur gp.
These Applications, seriously do more harm than good I am not an advocate of such devices as they never give accurate readings. I believe your GP will advise the same thing also.
