Hi,
I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Active watch which I was told would be fully compatible with my Google Pixel 3 however, after setting it up last night I can't get the messages app to appear on the watch. I have installed the Samsung Accessory Service and Watch Active Plugins and have already tried factory resetting the device to see if this might help but still no luck! Can anyone confirm for me whether these two devices should be fully compatible (as I was told they would be in the shop!)?

You can unfortunately only use the messages and email apps on the watch if you have a Samsung phone
