Gear3 watch

Just got gesr3 watch and it won't charge with given charger that came with it or any other wireless charger.

Any ideas?

Hi - I own a Gear S3, but never experienced this issue before.

Maybe try check if the wire connected to the outlet is safe and secure. If the outlet isn't working, swop to another one.

Still not charging?
The watch may need repairing by Samsung. Please visit Samsungs website or take to a nearby Samsung Store
