Gear Sport AND phone will not show map in S Health

Hi

I've been using Gear Sport many times to track my walks and runs, without any problems. Even pushing it to Strava automatically. But I never took my phone on runs.

After I got my new Bluetooth headset and took my phone with me on runs, the map is not being shown in S Health anymore, and the run is not transferred to Strava either. 

So, I assume there is something going on I haven't thought of when using both phone and watch on runs. Is there something I must turn off? Is Gear using GPS from phone or something and it doesn't work too good?

I do not want to try Spotify in the watch as I understood it is *****, and takes too much battery.

Did you get this resolved.

I have been starting walks on my Galaxy Watch but now the maps aren't showing on the Samsung Health App.
