Gear S3 sensors stopped working

All the sensors on my gear 3 have stopped working. I have tried to reset plus *#0*# and they show failed. Seems to have been the case since a recent update. How do I fix it

Hi @Karma897. Which phone do you have this connected to? Have you managed to unpair or even perform a Factory Reset on this?

S10+. reset the watch and unpaired twice . Phone is working no problem.first time I have had a problem with a samsung device
