I know this has been posted before but not this year so is their a fix. My gear s3 HR keeps flatlining during my cycle rides. Speed, location all good but HR useless. Especially as I am training for a triathlon and need to be able to see my heart rate thresholds. This watch is beyond useless for my needs. I cannot afford to replace for a garmin. Samsung please help. I have updated, factory reset, checked settings.
