Hello Samsung,

For a long time with the new UI, battery drains faster now then before! hope there will be another firmware update for this great watch. I don't want buy a new one just because u made some change that doesn't work with this particular device. And then i wonder why the hell can u not make the watchface rotate when in charging mode or atleast there should be an option for that it's 2020 now.

I have the same problem since early Jan. It's really frustrating. 2 Years ago after Apple slowed down their devices to convince customers to buy new models, I switched to Samsung and bought a Note 8 and Gear 3. Now in less than 2 years same old story. I have tried every solution from forums including several resets and reinstalling Galaxy Wear software but the watch's battery goes from 100% to 0 in 5-6 hours even when the bluetooth is turned off. And Samsung doesn't care to give even an answer.

mine has just started to do this 😒.. did you get a fix? its £500 wasted at this point
