Gear IconX, right earbud low volume

Hello,

I have my gear iconX now for a few days, and is was working fine until suddenly yesterday my right ear bud's volume became very low. It's not the music, I've charged it, no updates...

I don't know what to do except bring it to the shop for repair.

Help?

Hi @Rick_Nugteren

If you tap and hold the touch pad on your Gear IconX it will read off a list of sound options, one of which is Ambient Sound. If you disable this option, does the issue persist?This can also be activated/deactivated using the Samsung Gear app on your phone.

I got it swapped for a new one...

Only my new ones have the exact same problem only now it's the left ear bud.

I think I'll just ask my money back and either buy them somewhere else or wait until the problem is fixed because I don't really feel like keep sending these things back and forward...
