Gear iconx earbuds problems with charging

I am trying to charge earbuds - been charging for more than 2 hours but lights are still red. How long should it take to charge them / light go to green?

@Ceholly65: At this stage please remove the buds and replace them in their corresponding slots and check to see what colour the LED indicator turns for each bud.
Red = Less than 30% charge
Yellow = Between 30% and 60%
Green = Over 60%

If the LED does anything else, then please let me know.

I have tried this a few times but both led lights stay on continuous red even when on charge for more than 2 hours

I suppose the good news is that a continuous red LED means the buds are charging, although I would have expected the LED to turn yellow or green after removing and replacing them in the case. Do you have the IconX buds connected to a mobile device? If so can you check the battery level in the Galaxy Wearables app in the 'Info' tab?

I ismilar problemi for me. Iconx 2018 plugged under recharge for few hours, Red light both buds, from app they should be 100%, if i try to use them they dont work. Any suggestioni, such as hard reset or similar? Thx
