Gear IconX - Can't pair earbuds after replacement

Hello, so recently the sound in my right earbud got significantly quieter so I went to Samsung support and they replaced it, now both are working separately, sometimes I can't connect the old one and the new one (right) only pops up on my screen for a second under a different number and I can't connect to it at all.

I'm using Samsung Galaxy S9

Hi, tried it, didn't work, but after connecting them to my laptop through cable, they happened to be both switch to main earbud, changed one to be the secondary and everything works now, thanks anyway!

Hi @erykgrala. Have you tried unpairing the old one from your phone and then pairing them both together again?
