gear fit2 frozen black screen and wont connect

Any ideas for a fix ? No forums online have a fix and i cannot hard reset the watch as the touchscreen is unresponsive

step 1

do restart → place the watch on charger for 10 seconds then remove to power on

step 2

if possible, do data backup via Wearables app on your linked phone

step 3

do the reset
