My gear decided to freeze up since last night and the only thing showing up on the screen is the charging icon charged for a bit to see if it would automatically reboot itself, tried to restart it but nothing is working please help
If your still unable to hard reset the device then I'd suggest to use a Samsung Service Centre and or Samsung Experience Store who will be able to help @Tuts
