Charging dock has just gone dead and wont charge....only had it 3 months.....not been dropped or damaged......anyone help and advise?

Have you tried another wall socket.
Are you able to try another charging dock as a process of elimination to rule out the device or charging dock that's at issue.
If not a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Location will be able to help.
